A Capsule collection is a curated selection featuring fewer items than a traditional collection, consisting of essential, versatile pieces designed to be effortlessly combined with one another.
2. WHO MAKES MY GARMENT AND WHERE IS IT CRAFTED?
Every garment and accessory in our collections begins as a vision and a project by Nathalie. They are then brought to life in Italy by small artisanal workshops, specifically in the Lake Como area (Lecco). Following the principles of ethical and responsible Slow Fashion, Les Mac creations are the result of premium raw materials and exquisite local craftsmanship.
3. IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR "MADE-TO-MEASURE"?
Absolutely not! Les Mac de Nathalie was created specifically to offer a bespoke, made-to-measure experience; therefore, there are no additional costs for this service.
4. HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?

5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY GARMENT?
Every Les Mac de Nathalie piece is handcrafted and made-to-measure; production time typically ranges from 5 to 15 working days. However, if you have an urgent request or need it by a specific date, please feel free to write to me: we will do our very best to accommodate you!
6. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

7. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
