Shipments and returns

Your order is a handcrafted and made-to-measure garment, making it truly precious. For this reason, all shipments are entrusted to reliable and trusted couriers.

DELIVERY TIMES

The creation of our garments typically requires 5 to 15 working days. Once shipped, delivery takes: Italy: 1–3 working days, Europe: 3–7 working days, Outside the EU: 7–12 working days.

TRACKING

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package until it reaches your hands.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Every Les Mac de Nathalie piece can be returned, even if it was made to measure: your satisfaction is my greatest reward! Please remember you have up to 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

In the case of an exchange, the return shipping remains the customer's responsibility, while Les Mac de Nathalie will take care of shipping the replacement item to you free of charge.

Please note that for all orders shipped outside the European Union, any import duties, taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery. Les mac’ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
